Phase 3 activates the adaptive behavior of the welding cell. The system stops following a "blind" program and begins to perceive and react to its environment.
The Logic: As the arc ignites, the GPU analyzes the weld pool penetration. If the AI detects a pore or a slight component offset, it injects a real-time path correction or adjusts voltage and feed-speed instantaneously.
This ensures micrometer precision and immediate error correction without stopping the assembly line.
